Thou shalt treat your neighbour as thou shalt treat thyself.

Thou shalt have lots of patience with your neighbour;

• And with his pets

• And with his children

• And with his visitors

• And with his vehicles

Thou shalt understand that your Trustees have a most thankless job.

Thou shalt understand that security systems are very fragile and a big cause of frustration.

Thou shalt pay your levies regularly understanding that nobody is getting rich out of it and everything, including the services necessary for the complex, costs money.

In short, thou shalt be part of the solution and not of the problem.
