We
agree as follows :
1.0
They will procure tenants, do the letting and do whatever is necessary
to, within their power, protect my interest with regard to the
property. They may sign any legal documents, lease agreement,
etc. with regard to this mandate on my behalf.
2.0
They will deposit the rental money, after deducting the amounts
as specified below, into my banking account of which the particulars
are as follows:

I agree that the agent may, when urgently required, and especially
when I am not available, act on my behalf with regard to urgent
repairs, etc.
5.0 I understand that although they will do everything in their
power to prevent losses or damages, they will in no way be held
responsible for such.
6.0
Should the property at any time be purchased by the tenant, I
agree to pay to the agent a commission of 7 % plus VAT (should
VAT be payable), on the selling price of the property.
7.0
I agree to a notice period of one calendar month from both parties,
after which the agent will hand over all documentation and information
with regard to the lease, to me.
